✰ Cope with depression
Journaling helps control symptoms and improve mood by:
• Helping you prioritize problems, fears, and concerns
• Tracking any symptoms day-to-day so that you can recognize triggers and learn ways to better control them.
• Providing an opportunity for positive self-talk and identifying negative thoughts and behaviors

During the time of creating this 720 Hour, five minute, self-love journal I was going through a lot of stress, anxious thoughts, fear, and mental blockades.
As I began journaling, reflecting on journal prompts, and affirming myself, I was able to clear my mind of worry, brain fog, and anxiousness.
Through your time of journaling, I hope you are able to write down your thoughts and reduce stress yourself by taking time to pray, journal, and affirm yourself.
While it is a 30-day journal, I believe it’s important to mention that I made this in hopes of helping someone get their feet wet into journaling and to find a routine that works for them to continue journaling and relieve stress, anxiety, worry, and fear.
If you're new to journaling, if you once journaled but stopped because you didn't think it was effective or it was excessively time-consuming, or if you continue to journal but have been hitting a plateau and want to have a change in journal prompts, this 30 day, five minutes, journal prompt is waiting for you.
I really hope this journal blesses you and if it did let me know through a review or email.
